Brittany Brogno-Perry is an associate with focus on criminal defense and civil litigation in the areas of medical malpractice defense and personal injury. She has experience in defending DUIs, simple assault cases, and other minor drug offenses handled in the Superior Court Diversion Program.
While studying at Roger Williams University School of Law, she served as student attorney for the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General in the Criminal Division as well as advocated for clients of the school’s Criminal Defense Clinic. Brittany was the president of the Family Law Society, a student member of the Edward Gallogly American Inn of Court and completed over 100 pro bono hours helping members of the indigent community through the VITA Program and volunteering with the Public Defender Division in New Bedford, MA.
